These wonderfully simple to use Birchwood boxes are produced especially for your pizza wood oven.

They have a very low moisture content < 15%, which is critical to get the best results. You get a more efficient burn and more consistent cooking temperatures.

These beautiful birchwood logs also give an incredible flavour. What makes them truly unique is the consistent nature of the log size. They’re all the same length and diameter, so they give a brilliantly even burn time and temperature. They’re also amazing value!

* Perfect for full flavour grilling and long evening chilling.

* Ideal for cooking, best in a wood-fired pizza oven, but also good for fire pits or barbecues.

* Make them thinner and split the log, this allows the fire to get up to cooking temperature quickly.
