The all new Lorenzo Oven features a spacious 70 by 50 centimetre cooking chamber. Included with the oven are a wood holder plate, a flue pipe with an adjustable smoke exit valve, and a chimney top. It also has a door for the cooking chamber. The fire surface is crafted from high quality refractory chamotte, making it perfect for food use. Additionally, the internal structure is made of stainless steel with heat resistant paint, ensuring maximum durability against high temperatures, weather, and rust. The cooking chamber is insulated with natural rock wool, which helps maintain temperature more efficiently and prevents the external structure from becoming excessively hot.
