The Fontana Rosso Mangiafuoco Pizza Oven is a beautifully designed, high quality and high performance wood fired oven with a spacious 60 x 80 cm cooking chamber. It is manufactured almost entirely from 304 grade stainless steel. Additionally, it comes with a wood holder plate, fire tool, 304 grade stainless steel flue pipe with an adjustable smoke exit valve and chimney top, as well as a cooking chamber door.

The fire floor surface is made from high quality refractory chamotte, which is certified for food use. The internal structure of the Rosso Mangiafuoco pizza oven is also crafted from high grade 304 stainless steel. The external surface features electro galvanized steel treated with high temperature paint, enhancing its resistance to heat and the elements.

Temperature stability and heat retention are achieved using high performance natural rock wool insulation. This ensures that the external surface does not become excessively hot, allowing you to cook your pizzas to perfection!
