The Lorenzo Oven features a spacious 70cm x 50cm cooking chamber. Included with the oven is a wood holder plate, a flue pipe with an adjustable smoke exit valve, and a chimney top. It also comes with a closing door for the cooking chamber. The fire surface is made of high quality refractory chamotte, making it perfect for food use.

The internal structure is crafted from stainless steel and coated with heat resistant paint to ensure maximum durability against high temperatures, weather, and rust. The cooking chamber is insulated with natural rock wool, which helps to maintain temperature more efficiently while preventing the external structure from becoming too hot.

The unique cooking chamber, designed with a domed shape both back to back and side to side, eliminates hot spots and ensures even heat distribution. Its innovative design allows smoke to exit even when the door is closed, ensuring maximum heat retention and consistent cooking temperatures.
