The THÜROS Drip pan is used to prevent juices or marinades dripping into the charcoal or briquettes. Therefore, no flames or smoke can occur as all the liquids are collected in the drip pan. Just simply place the drip pan under the rotisserie spit.
It is used in combination with the THÜROS charcoal burner for lateral heat (KSCH4060), one of the THÜROS Spit options (meat clamps S4060EFK or skewers S4060EFH or meat basket S4060FKO) as well as a THÜROS Motor for rotisserie (MA3560). To use the drip pan for a barbecue with the other rotisserie accessories, replace the cooking grate with the drip pan and fill it with water.
