The THÜROS Smoker is made of premium, anti-magnetic stainless steel and is therefore a long-lasting as well as durable smoker for many years.

Crafted from the finest high grade materials. The body of the smoker and even the cooking grates and hooks are made of the highest quality stainless steel. Furthermore, they are electropolished as well as food-safe. When used properly, the cleaning of the stainless steel parts is easy.

The stainless steel drawer contains a separate fire tray made of a hot dip aluminized sheet to generate embers by a wood fire. Other wood products such as charcoal or briquettes can also be used in the fire tray to generate heat for warm or hot smoking.

Due to having two draining plates, no grease drips into the smoking dust, wood fire or the embers. The grease is led out of the smoker by flowing along the plates.

Tip: Place a collecting tray below the draining plates on the outside of the smoker to prevent the grease from dripping on the ground.
