A fruity hot sauce inspired by Juice Forsyth, packed with bold tropical flavours from mango, pineapple and passionfruit. Balanced with the sweetness of carrot, the depth of garlic and the vibrant kick of Aji Amarillo chilli, all boosted by the fiery heat of Scotch Bonnet.

The team at Brew York, based in the historic city of York, teamed up with us to craft two standout hot sauces using a pair of their flagship IPAs. Juice Forsyth IPA is bursting with fruity character, so we built a sauce to match. This one really brings those juicy notes to life. Ingredients: Pineapple, spirit vinegar, Juice Forsyth 16% (water, barley, wheat, oats, lactose (milk), pineapple, mango, hops, yeast), golden caster sugar, mango pulp (mango, sugar, water, acidity regulator  (citric acid)), Aji Amarillo chilli, onion, passionfruit puree, cider vinegar, Scotch Bonnet chilli, carrot, garlic, ginger, smoked paprika, salt, xanthan gum.
