This Caribbean inspired barbecue rub is packed with bold spices and warmth, ideal for chicken, pork, lamb and rice dishes.
Use it to create classic jerk chicken with thighs, legs, spatchcock or rotisserie cuts. Mix with a little oil or yoghurt to make a punchy marinade for chicken skewers. It also adds amazing flavour to Jamaican style stews such as curried lamb.
Perfect for low and slow pork shoulder or a roast gammon joint, and works beautifully for quick and easy jerk chicken in the air fryer.
