This bold and vibrant Indian inspired barbecue rub is perfect for tandoori chicken, flame grilled lamb, pork and robust fish. It adds rich colour and serious flavour to anything it touches.

For best results, mix with yoghurt or oil and leave the meat to marinate for a few hours – or overnight in the fridge if you have the time. It is ideal for crispy lamb chops, slow roasted lamb shoulder, chicken skewers, thighs or a whole rotisserie chicken.

Also great for shawarma style marinades, seasoning curries and dhal, or adding depth to monkfish and other meaty fish. Use it to make classic chicken tandoori tikka skewers – perfect for the grill, oven or barbecue.
