To mark 10 years of The Smokey Carter in September 2023, we’ve brought back one of our most loved sauces – a two star Great Taste Award winner originally created with Thornbridge Brewery in March 2021.

This bold and fruity hot sauce blends sweet Alphonso mango and pineapple with the signature bitterness of Thornbridge’s Jaipur IPA. A warm, lingering heat from Ghost chilli (Naga Bhut Jolokia) brings it all together for a rich, balanced flavour.

Perfect with:

• Tacos, burritos and wraps
• Crispy smoked chicken wings
• Kebabs – adds a fruity, spicy kick
• Drizzled over pizza
• Pretty much anything you fancy

Ingredients: Pineapple, Jaipur 19% (water, barley, wheat, hops, yeast), mango pulp, sugar, cider vinegar, onion, garlic, curry powder (mustard), salt, hickory powder (natural smoke flavouring, rusk (wheat), spices, citric acid, ghost chilli.
