Our original and best selling Chipotle and Bourbon BBQ Sauce has become a true favourite. Rich, smoky and packed with flavour, it is ideal for pulled pork, basting ribs, adding to burgers or using as a dip for wedges and sausages.

The recipe has been perfected over the years using only the finest ingredients, including the famous chipotle chilli, Mexican oregano, bourbon whiskey and a carefully balanced blend of herbs and spices. It is a bold and versatile sauce that lifts any dish.

Ways to enjoy it:

• Brush over ribs or beef brisket
• Mix into pulled pork for a rich, smoky finish
• Add to burgers or sandwiches for extra flavour
• Use as a dip for chicken wings, sausages or wedges

We love rubbing a rack of ribs with our Smokey Chipotle BBQ Rub, cooking it low and slow in the smoker, then finishing with a generous glaze of this sauce. However you use it, this classic never fails to impress.

Ingredients: Tomato sauce (tomato, spirit vinegar, sugar, salt, spice and herb extracts, spice) (Celery), tomatoes, muscovado Sugar, onion, black treacle, cider vinegar, honey, garlic, Bourbon whiskey (2%), spices (mustard), garlic, Chipotle chilli (1%), liquid smoke (water, natural mesquite smoke flavour).
