Isn’t this a gorgeous brick oven? The awesome Callow Rustico Outdoor Brick Pizza Oven is a great looking oven, which will enhance the look of your outdoor kitchen well as cooking ‘delicious’ food every time you use it.

The generous size, 110cm x 110cm from the outside, means you can cook loads of food all at once. Made in Portugal using traditional methods, it’s very well insulated thanks to a layer of refractory brick, then rock wool, then finished in a lovely warm orange brick.

This stunning brick pizza oven reaches a maximum temperature of between 350º and 400º faster than most. It also retains heat for longer so it’s an economical way to cook outside. Perfect for slow cooking as well as pizzas.

The cooking area inside measures 90cm x 75cm and bakes a pizza within 60 seconds. Wow! The high temperatures are also great for tandoori style cooking and as the oven cools, it lends itself to breads and slow cooking.

The Rustico will require a suitable base to support it. Depending on whether you intend to include a working surface at the side, the base should be a minimum of 110cm square.
