Angus & Oink’s Sriracha Seasoning. Originated in Thailand, but now globally recognised.
TANG and POW with red chilli base, and a massive garlic and umami follow through!
Ideal seasoning when added to chicken, pork, shrimp or veg.
To use apply to moist meat surface and allow to marinade.
Cook in the oven or indirect on the BBQ for best results. Sprinkle on eggs or add to noddles for Pho upgrade, this also makes a sensational mayo dip, and our favourite, spicy shrimp with rice or noodles!
