Angus & Oink Harissa Seasoning – 200g
Use to season Chicken, Seafood, Flat Breads and Salads.
Apply an even coating, use at approx 3-5% meat weight. Apply the rub to a moist surface at least 1 hour prior to cooking and allow to soak in.
It can also be mixed with an olive oil and lemon juice to form a paste, added to tagine cooking for delicious lamb and vegetable dishes or used on grilled kebabs or even in your slow cooking!
