Product Description
Made from virtually unbreakable polycarbonate, these tough containers are suitable for temperatures from -40°C to +100°C. They remain cool to touch during cooking which enables efficient handling, and cleaning is nice and simple as they are both non-stick and dishwasher-safe.
With an overall capacity of 56 litres, the units exact dimensions are 200mm(h) x 650mm(w) x 530mm(d).
The container fits all the sous vide thermal circulator brands with 200mm depth – just select the particular lid you need according your model of thermal circulator.
