Konro-style grills have long been the secret behind Japan’s most mouth-watering street food. Seen in the alleyways of Osaka and the smoky izakayas of Tokyo, these fireboxes are used to achieve that irresistible umami-packed flavour that gas or electric grills simply can’t replicate.
The Hi-Haku brings that same magic to your patio, restaurant, or outdoor event—allowing you to cook just inches above the coals so that every drip, sizzle, and smoke-soaked aroma turns into something unforgettable.
Note: As with all natural insulating materials, minor hairline fractures in the vermiculite may appear over time. These are purely cosmetic and do not affect performance or safety.
