A herby and flavourful ranch style barbecue rub that brings a touch of the American South to your kitchen. Ideal for chicken, pork, vegetables, dips and dressings.

Perfect on chicken skewers, thighs or a whole rotisserie chicken. Brilliant on wings with a golden crispy finish. Works wonders on pork joints like shoulder, rolled belly or loin. Stir through creamy pasta dishes such as carbonara for an extra savoury lift.

Mix with yoghurt, mayonnaise or sour cream to create a rich nacho dip or a tasty kebab shop style sauce. A great all round seasoning that also works beautifully in the air fryer.

Product Description

Traditional ranch is known for its creamy, herby flavour, but in Texas, they take it up a notch. Our Texas Ranch BBQ Rub is packed with bold flavour thanks to the addition of jalapeno and chilli, giving it that unmistakable Southern kick.

We have also added yoghurt powder for that classic ranch style tang, think Cool Original Doritos but with a deeper, savoury edge. It is bursting with herbs like dill, parsley and chive for a proper punch of freshness.

Sprinkle it over steak or chicken before grilling for a true barbecue winner. Mix a teaspoon into a little sour cream for an easy and delicious ranch style dip. Blend with oil for a flavour packed salad dressing or use it to season flour for deep fried coatings that really stand out.

Ingredients: Salt, yoghurt powder(cultured skimmed cow’s milk), paprika, garlic, onion, dill, red jalapeno, parsley, chive, tomato, vinegar (spirit vinegar, potato maltodextrin), citric acid, spices.
