Napoleon’s PRO Series Chef’s Knife is a seamless single piece of stainless steel.

Measuring 12.5 inches in length, it has the balance and heft that denotes quality Napoleon products. The pre-sharpened blade is honed to a razor’s edge to ensure much use before needing to be re-sharpened.

The rounded handle blends seamlessly with the blade and the tang, and is built for use by left or right handed chefs.

This chef’s knife has kullens, dimples on the blade, to reduce food drag, and sticking when slicing.
