Our hottest sauce to date and packed with bold Mexican flavour. Created in celebration of Thornbridge Brewery’s Jaipur IPA turning 18, we teamed up once again for a fiery new collaboration.

This punchy hot sauce brings the heat with yellow Habanero, adds smokiness from Chipotle chilli, and balances it all with lime, Mexican oregano, coriander and cumin – all rounded off with a splash of Jaipur IPA. It’s everything you want in a proper taco sauce.

How to enjoy it:

• Splash into tacos, quesadillas or beef chilli
• Stir through salsa for an extra fiery kick
• Wake up your scrambled eggs with some heat
• Toss with wings for a Mexican twist
• Or simply use it as a hot, smoky condiment for anything

Ingredients: Distilled vinegar, Jaipur (water, barley, wheat, hops, yeast) (18%), tomato, Yellow Habanero (11%), golden sugar, Chipotle (3.6%), muscovado sugar, cider vinegar, lime juice, onion, garlic, cumin, liquid smoke (water, natural mesquite smoke flavour), coriander, Mexican oregano, xanthan gum.
