The Indianapolis is a large Western style BBQ smoker.

Indianapolis Offset BBQ Smoker from Tepro is big enough to cook and smoke a BBQ feast for a very large family or even for commercial use!

Use it for indirect roasting and smoking. A style favoured by BBQ experts, where the food is not placed directly over the coals and is roasted in the closed chamber.

The main cooking chamber has a grill surface of 97.5cm x 44cm with two separate steel lids about 5mm thick. Both lids have a built in thermometer so you can easily monitor the heat inside the chamber.

The fire bowl of the main chamber is approximately 4.5mm thick and can hold up to 4kg charcoal, whilst the side chamber will hold up to 2kg charcoal or wood and has a grilling surface of 48cm x 43cm.

This smoker has excellent heat control thanks to the combination of the chimney and air vents. Cooking long and slow at lower temperatures between 80°C and 130°C is nice and easy.

The smoker trolley has two large steel wheels and a useful storage shelf, also a foldable table with handy utensil hooks and even a bottle opener on the side.

The exterior is made from steel. The cast iron cooking grids have a rugged enamelled finish. The heat resistant coating resists extreme temperatures. Forged from steel, this gorgeous monster of an XL barbecue comes with some fab ergonomic features for a dazzlingly good alfresco cooking experience.
