Inspired by the vibrant flavours of South America, this barbecue rub features aromatic pink peppercorns and is perfect for steak, lamb and chicken.
Rub into red meat joints or steaks before grilling for rich, punchy flavour. Ideal for slow roasted lamb or pork, and works beautifully as a marinade for lamb chops and steaks. For something different, try dusting it over roast potatoes or wedges towards the end of cooking for a bold and savoury finish.
