Simply seasoned with smoked sea salt and kampot pepper (that’s a very nice luxury pepper from Cambodia, don’t you know!) this is a really lovely gluten free snack. The duck is triple cooked for extra lightness and extra flavour and no artificial flavourings or preservatives are used.
