Product Description

Traditional beef dripping is rendered beef fat. When commercially made, as it is here, beef dripping is pure, has a high smoke point of 210°C and is more stable than vegetable oils and fats when used for frying.

As a result, it is excellent for making roast potatoes and Yorkshire puddings. Although now largely superseded by vegetable oils, it was the British chippie’s traditional fat of choice for frying fish and chips!
