The Toronto Combi Charcoal Gas BBQ combines the best of both worlds, using both charcoal and gas. The left hand side is a traditional charcoal barbecue, whilst on the right hand side is a 3 burner gas BBQ. Both cooking chambers have cast iron cooking grids, approximately 41.3cm x 41.3cm with enamelled warming racks.

The cast iron cooking grids have a removable inlay, compatible with Tepro’s Grid in Grid accessories (available to purchase separately). These include a cast iron pan, pizza stone, wok, pastry inlay, Dutch oven and poultry roaster.

The charcoal fuel tray will hold a maximum 1.5kg charcoal, which can easily be topped up by opening the door to the charcoal fuel tray, therefore minimising heat loss. The fuel tray can be height adjusted using a crank mechanism, so you can personalise this to suit your tastes. This can be used to control temperature, by increasing the distance from the food, the heat will be less intense. In addition, there is an adjustable air vent, which can be used to alter the airflow and therefore, temperature of the coals.

The gas BBQ has three 2.9kw stainless steel burners with push and turn ignition and flame tamers. The flame tamers protect the burner, reducing flareups and optimising heat distribution. These burners can all be individually adjusted.

Both barbecues can be used for direct or indirect cooking. The lids both have thermometers enabling you to monitor the temperature in each cooking chamber.

This stunning Combi BBQ is mounted on a trolley with four swivel casters, two of which are lockable. The trolley has a cabinet fitted with a gas bottle holder on one side, a shelf, drawer and two side shelves providing ample storage for all those BBQ essentials!

In addition this barbecue comes with four useful tool hooks, a handy bottle opener and is supplied with a gas hose and pressure regulator.
