Also known as Sickle Bush, this exceptionally dry braai wood is baked under the African desert sun. It is extremely, dense, hard and dry which makes perfect coals that hold their heat. As the wood is hard and the coals retain heat for longer, less wood is required than the local barbecue woods, making this type of wood more cost effective. Great for enjoying your summer braais or bbq’s.
