Teryaki is the traditional grilled or barbecued Japanese dish marinated and basted with sweetened soy sauce and rice wine. This Teryaki marinade also has the addition of ginger and spring onions. Perfect for chicken, seafood and pork served with rice or noodles.

Potts presents to you, a convenient marinade in a re-sealable bag!
Teryaki is the traditional grilled or barbecued Japanese dish marinated and basted with sweetened soy sauce and rice wine. This Teryaki marinade also has the addition of ginger and spring onions. Perfect for chicken, seafood and pork served with rice or noodles.
Directions For Use: Simply place your choice of meat in the bag and seal with the handy zip fastening. Leave to marinade for a minimum 30 minutes, but ideally overnight. Then grill or BBQ until cooked through. Then enjoy!

Ingredients: Soy Sauce (26%) (Water, Salt, Soyabeans, Sugar, Wheat Flour), Sugar, Water, Rice Vinegar (Sulphites), Sake (5%), Ginger, Spring Onions, Cornflour, Acetic Acid.
