This marinating bag is a convenient marinade in a re-sealable bag. Potts were inspired by the barbecue cooking of the Southern States, and they have combined Kentucky Bourbon with the now renowned Tex-Mex smoked chipotle chilli and created this rich marinade.

Potts – BBQ with Bourbon & Chipotle Chilli Marinating Bag – 150g
This marinating bag is a convenient marinade in a re-sealable bag. Potts were inspired by the barbecue cooking of the Southern States, and they have combined Kentucky Bourbon with the now renowned Tex-Mex smoked chipotle chilli and created this rich marinade.
It is perfect for beef steaks barbecued to your taste and served with coleslaw and potato salad. Or if you prefer, a slow cooked and shredded pork or chicken served with spicy salsa in soft tacos.
Directions For Use: Simply place your choice of meat in the bag and seal with the handy zip fastening. Leave to marinade for a minimum 30 minutes, but ideally overnight. Then grill or BBQ until cooked through. Then enjoy!

Ingredients: Tomato Puree, White Wine Vinegar (Sulphites), Water, Bourbon(5%), Garlic, Salt, Ground Chipotle Chillies (2%), Smoked Paprika, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Cornflour.
