Product Description

Penroc replaces lava rock on a gas barbecue. Unlike lava rock which holds the food fats and is messy to use, Penroc is a half ovoid shape which is placed curved side up on the lava rock grate. The curved shape allows the food fats to slide off and to be burnt away thereby producing healthy food and a cleaner barbecue. Penroc contains a mixture of Welsh slate, charcoal and wood chip for traditional barbecue flavour, and a little ceramic for longevity.

Each carry home tub of Penroc contains approx. 55 briquettes, which will cover an area of 57.5cm x 27.5cm (23” x 11” .)
