This beautiful and tasty spice seasoning was inspired and developed from holidays in Greece, with sunshine, amazing tastes from the sea and night time street food.

Big Phat Greek Seasoning is packed with the traditional flavours of the sunshine Island, think quality oregano, rosemary, lemon, cinnamon and salt.

Apply rub to moist meat surface at least 1 hour prior to cooking and allow to soak in. Use olive oil & lemon juice in a zip lock bag.

Big Phat Greek seasoning is amazing for making homemade gyros and souvlaki, or grilled chicken, pork or shrimp stuffed into pitas with greek salad and hot sauce.

Apply an even coating, use at approx 3-4% meat weight.
