These aren’t just any wood chunks. Our Peach BBQ Smoking Chunks are cut from the pruned branches and trunks of Spanish peach trees — sun-ripened stone fruit trees grown in the warm, fertile valleys of Spain, where the climate produces some of the most flavourful and aromatic fruit wood in all of Europe. Sourced directly from Spain and dried to the perfect moisture level for smoking, each chunk carries with it a natural sweetness and delicate fruitiness that ordinary hardwood simply cannot replicate.

When placed on hot coals or inside a smoker, Peach Wood Chunks release a slow, steady smoke with a beautifully sweet, ripe fruitiness, gentle floral warmth, and a soft, honeyed richness that is entirely natural to the wood. The result is a light yet wonderfully fragrant smoke flavour that elevates everything from slow-cooked pulled pork to whole roasted chicken and delicate smoked seafood.

How to use

Peach Wood Chunks are designed to be used as smoking chunks — not chips. Their larger size means they burn more slowly, giving you a sustained smoke over a longer cook. They work brilliantly on all BBQ setups including offset smokers, kamado grills (such as Big Green Egg or Kamado Joe), kettle grills, and pellet-fed smokers with a chunk box.

No soaking required. Dry chunks produce cleaner, more consistent smoke than wet ones. Simply place 2–3 chunks directly onto lit charcoal or your heat source before closing the lid and cooking low and slow.
