This larger size is fantastic when catering for a large party, whether at home or with a portable food venture.
Ideal not only for paella but for any rice, pasta or curry dishes, this comes complete with a 400mm gas burner ring and a 48cm skimming spoon.
After use, we advise to clean with soapy water, dry and apply a coat of oil in the inside of the pan to stop it rusting.
