This Middle Eastern spice paste with fiery chipotle chilli is a smokey variation of harissa.

Gluten Free, Vegetarian Friendly, Vegan.

Ingredients: Rehydrated paprika and cayenne peppers (28%), sunflower oil, onions, basamic vinegar of Modena (wine vinegar, cooked grape must), chipotle peppers (7%), garlic, sugar, salt, cumin, cinnamon, coriander, mixed spices, rose petals, acidity regulator: citric acid.

Storage: Once opened, keep refrigerated for up to 4 weeks.Why not try:

• Use to marinade roasted vegetables,
• Spread over a shoulder of lamb before cooking,
• Dollop onto scrambled eggs on toast,
